Rollology is an amazing class! I've had issues for years with slumped shoulders and a sway back. After just one class with Kristin I was standing straighter and had better alignment! I just felt better overall! I'm also an equestrian. Rollology has improved my riding position and has allowed me to have a deeper understanding of my alignment while on horseback. The Spine Twist is one of my favorites. I noticed after my first session, I found myself sitting up straighter with my shoulders back, not rounded, when I was driving home. I can honestly say that I felt so much better. My back felt great. It’s been a long time since I felt this good.

This is such a great class! After a horrible day, Kristin’s rollology class truly helped to center and calm me. The movements are not big or hard in your body, anyone can do it, but you definitely get a good workout in! Can’t wait to do my next class!
